Bold new Africa-focused global firm Parsons adds young lawyer Majda Doukalli to its fast-growing team
In July 2025, senior lawyers Dr Gabriel Onagoruwa and Gregory Kahn co-founded global law firm Parsons, with offices in Nigeria, London, and UAE. The fast-growing firm has now brought in trilingual corporate lawyer Majda Doukalli as an associate
With an ethos of every new colleague adding to the richness of their recently founded firm’s story, Africa-focused global law firm Parsons has begun 2026 by welcoming talented young corporate lawyer Majda Doukalli as an associate.
A law graduate of the International University of Rabat in Morocco, Majda is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. She advises on commercial, corporate, and technology law matters, and has also earned a Masters in Business Law from the International University of Rabat, and a Masters in Economic and Labour Law from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. Prior to joining Parsons, Majda gained experience at leading law firms in Belgium, including Lawell McMiller and Cullen International, where she worked on a range of corporate and regulatory matters.
“We are delighted to welcome Majda Doukalli to Parsons as she joins our growing team,” said the firm today. “Majda brings strong commercial insight and a thoughtful, international perspective that aligns closely with our firm’s values and practice focus. We are pleased to have her on board and look forward to the contribution she will make as we continue to build Parsons across our key markets.”
Majda’s addition continues Parsons rapid growth in its first year, and its international, multilingual approach. In October 2025, Parsons welcomed talented young Nigerian practitioners Adeyemi Ayeku and Fiyinfoluwa Adeosun to the firm as associates.
Speaking with Africa Legal ahead of the launch of their ambitious global firm, co-founders Dr Gabriel Onagoruwa and Gregory Kahn said Africa is not a frontier but a core part of the global economy. “We are building a firm that does more than navigate the law,” said Dr Onagoruwa, “We help shape the future of transformative projects. We are partners in progress, committed to unlocking opportunity through legal excellence, commercial acumen, and deep regional insight.”
