New hire Sive Dukada brings analytical rigour and a practical commercial outlook to deliver clear and strategic legal advice to clients, said Thomson Wilks Inc when announcing this week that Sive has joined their innovative firm as an associate.
Sive's experience spans Construction, Insurance, and Commercial Litigation, with particular expertise in contractual disputes, infrastructure-related claims, and the drafting of legal opinions across multiple lines of insurance business.
He will be an associate in the Commercial Litigation team, joining Thomson Wilks this week from another highly regarded South African firm, Cox Yeats.
