ALN Kenya invests in leadership renewal with its appointment of rising corporate star Charlotte Patrick-Patel as a partner

The appointment of corporate, data protection, and governance expert Charlotte Patrick-Patel to partner reflects “exactly the kind of leadership renewal” that leading firm ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna is investing in, bringing rising talent into positions of significant responsibility while retaining the depth of experience on which clients rely, says Daniel Ngumy, Managing Partner of ALN Kenya.

Her elevation to partner further strengthens ALK Kenya’s ability to advise clients on legal and strategic issues shaping business across the nation, region, and continent.

A law graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Charlotte began her legal career as a trainee with ALK Kenya in January 2015, after having previously interned at the leading East African law firm for three months in 2014. Over the past decade she has played a key role in advising multinationals, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, family-owned businesses and high-growth companies on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, capital markets and strategic commercial transactions.
