Mokoena joins Bowmans after 11 years’ experience as an M&A attorney. He specialises in M&A, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, corporate finance, empowerment ventures, stock exchange securities transactions as well as capital markets, private equity and regulatory work involving the JSE and Takeover Regulation Panel.

Mokoena has an LLB from the University of Johannesburg and qualifications in advanced company law, international business transactions law and private equity from the University of the Witwatersrand and the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
