Expanding AhA’s digital presence

August Hill & Associates (AhA) are excited to have launched their brand new website www.augusthill.co.zm which provides a window into what they can offer clients and will carry articles on topical legal issues.

“A top law firm that delivers world class solutions to both everyday and complex matters.” That has been the goal of trusted allies Augustine Hamwela and Layeni Phiri ever since they teamed up in the midst of the pandemic to create their full service law firm, August Hill & Associates, based in Lusaka, Zambia.

AhA’s partners feel the new website is another step forward in achieving their vision to bring best-in-class legal services to their clients – efficiently, timely and within budget.

The site features easy access to the AhA team, the services the firm provides, as well as access to the latest developments in the law. Short monthly articles and more detailed bi-monthly pieces will keep interested parties up to speed on some of the most topical legal issues of the day.

The firm is on its way to building a large footprint in Zambia, and an improved digital presence is a big part of signalling its readiness for business. “Digital connectivity is no longer optional for professional businesses such as AhA,” said executive partner Augustine Hamwela. “The modern client will look for a business’s digital footprint almost as a mark of its primacy. If a client can go to one source for information about what the firm is about, we have met the client halfway.”

AhA sees the new website as a way to prove they are focused on being solution driven, pragmatic, innovative and agile. “If I was a client, the easier it is to find information about my legal adviser, the more satisfied I would be, particularly if the website answers all the questions I would have on an initial inquiry. With the demands clients have on their time, they do not need a face-to-face meeting to find out the basic details they would require to take a decision on whether to engage the firm,” Augustine emphasised.
