Nigerian business law firm Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors promotes Lovelyn Aniekwe to senior associate

A little over two years after she joined the Lagos office of historic Nigerian firm Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors - which traces its roots back to 1947 - as an associate, corporate lawyer Lovelyn Aniekwe has been promoted to senior associate.
Educated at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Lovelyn is a transactional lawyer offering cutting edge advisory to local and international clients on foreign direct investment in Nigeria and ensures full regulatory compliance by clients in diverse sectors including finance,technology and the oil and gas sector.
Lovelyn has gained strong experience on advising clients in local and cross-border transactions that cut across diverse aspects of the economy, says the firm. Her core competencies include Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property and Media and Entertainment, Corporate Securities and Finance, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions.
