Educated at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Lovelyn is a transactional lawyer offering cutting edge advisory to local and international clients on foreign direct investment in Nigeria and ensures full regulatory compliance by clients in diverse sectors including finance,technology and the oil and gas sector.

Lovelyn has gained strong experience on advising clients in local and cross-border transactions that cut across diverse aspects of the economy, says the firm.
