Law Corridor is a leading full-service institutional partnership structured to deliver sector-focused legal solutions with depth, clarity & foresight. This week, it announced Henry Kelechukwu Eni-Otu has succeeded Pelumi Olajengbesi as Managing Partner.
Dispute resolution expert Henry Kelechukwu Eni-Otu brings diverse legal expertise, extensive courtroom experience, and a proven record of excellence in handling complex disputes to his new role as Managing Partner of Law Corridor, said the Abuja-based firm’s Chief Operating Officer Kehinde Alli-Immam on Monday.
“His appointment … marks another bold step in advancing our vision to be the foremost institutional law firm in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond,” said Alli-Immam. “At Law Corridor, every leadership transition strengthens our collective mission, to deliver transformative legal solutions with clarity, foresight, and excellence.
Eni-Otu, who was previously Group Lead, Litigation, Election Petition & Dispute Resolution Practice Group succeeds Pelumi Olanjengbesi as Managing Partner. Olangjengbesi will continue in a substantive role as Senior Partner & Group Lead, Business Development & Policy, driving strategic growth and positioning for the firm.
Outgoing Managing Partner Olanjengbesi offered his “heartfelt congratulations” to Eni-Otu on his “well-deserved appointment”, acknowledging him “as a dependable colleague but also a pillar of support” during his own tenure leading Law Corridor.
“Having known you for over 15 years and worked closely with you, I have seen first-hand your unwavering dedication, brilliance, and deep commitment to the values and vision of our firm,” says Olanjengbesi. “Your elevation to this role … is both fitting and a natural progression of your remarkable contributions to Law Corridor.”
Following Monday’s announcement of Eni-Otu’s elevation to Managing Partner, Law Corridor has further strengthened its leadership with the announcement yesterday of the elevation of Emmanuel Omaga, the firm’s Group Lead, Technology, Media & Telecommunication, to Managing Associate Partner (Abuja) at Law Corridor.
“Emmanuel’s professional journey is marked by a series of ground-breaking and innovative transactions, showcasing his ability to steer contentious deals towards creative and advantageous resolutions,” said COO Kehinde Alli-Immam.
“His legal expertise extends across a broad spectrum of the legal landscape, with a resolute focus on navigating multifaceted transactions that demand acute insight into complex financial intricacies, investment strategies, M&A, and corporate restructuring. His comprehensive qualifications and wealth of experience make him a driving force in delivering successful legal solutions for his clients in the ever-evolving landscape of corporate and commercial law.”
