What we need:

We are looking for junior lawyers who want to explore new opportunities in legal operations consulting, compliance operations consulting and contract management consulting. These lawyers and future operations specialists will need to be innovative, technology enabled and able to deliver value driven ways of empowering our clients to get more from their legal and compliance functions. If you are a lawyer who is flexible, able to solve complex problems and effectively communicate solutions, this may be the gig to get you out of traditional legal practice.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement effective process driven solutions for clients;
• Recommend new procedures to increase efficiency of day-to-day operations;
• Analyzing and structuring a ton of data;
• Assist our clients with fit-for-purpose technology solutions that actually work;
• Helping other over worked and stressed lawyers and compliance officers do more with less;
• And then, most importantly, keep our clients happy with awesome service.

To get this job: you will need:

• To have enough experience as a lawyer or compliance officer to know you want to do things differently;
• To have some experience in solving legal and compliance problems and then getting the solution done;
• To be comfortable with thinking outside of the box and continuously pushing the boundaries;
• The ability to work with technology;
• Be self motivated enough that you can do things on your own, to work remotely or at a client and to make sure you are meeting your objectives; and
• LLB degree or a BComm.
