LegalWise seeks to employ a Branch Manager to effectively manage LegalWise business unit consisting of 7 staff members within budget and to ensure effective growth and service excellence as required by the company.
You will be responsible for:
Staff management including training, relations, recruitment, performance assessments, development and administration.
Assist and co-ordinate sales activities in the area.
Financial responsibilities which includes managing actual to budgets, resource and budget planning, premium income and petty cash control.
Policyholder customer service management and delivery.
Liaison responsibilities within company and external companies.
Development responsibilities including development and implementation of quality service delivery and effective implementation of new products.
Administration responsibilities including, reporting of all responsibilities to senior management and maintaining appropriate administrative and staff records.
Product and services delivery and administration in accordance with company guidelines, rules and standards.
Management of Panel Attorney Relationships.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Completed LLB Degree
Practical management experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of management principles including budgets and financial controls, human resources, operations and administration.
Sales experience will be an advantage.
Formal management qualifications will be an advantage.
Must relocate on own cost
ITC/criminal check will be a requirement
Applicable Psychometric assessment/s will be a requirement
Ability to speak one local Language will be an added advantage
