A prominent financial solutions organisation is currently seeking an individual who is well organised and passionate about admin work to assume the role of Legal Officer. The successful incumbent will be responsible for drafting legal documents as well as assisting operational staff on an ad hoc basis.
Draft Legal Documents.
Attend to securities and conditions on approved business loans.
Liaise with clients and intermediaries such as attorney’s, auditors and insurance brokers in the process of implementation.
Assist operational staff by scrutinising agreements and other legal documents and assist with the structuring of loans.
2 years of conveyancing experience.
2 years of post-admission as an attorney is essential.
