This role is responsible for providing support from a legal perspective and works under direct supervision (developmental role)

Researches applicable legal principles and applies them to the facts.Drafts contracts, assesses and picks up on trends and patterns and makes recommendations.
Reviews contracts, assesses and picks up on trends and patterns and makes recommendations.Provides legal opinions/comments on legislation
Provides legal compliance support.
Provides relevant support to the Corporate Governance team as required by the department head
Assists in the organisation & administration of the meetings, production of accurate minutes & resolutions.
Provides company secretarial assistance and other assistance as required
General filing, typing & e-mails.
Provides assistance to management if required.
Undertakes all administration related to meetings.
Undertakes and executes company administration.
Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
