Cancellation And Refunds

Your right to cancel

If you change your mind about a purchase of digital content made from our Website, you may be able to cancel your order and request a refund, however, your right to do so will depend on whether you have begun downloading or streaming the content.

Content that has not yet been downloaded or streamed

You may cancel an order of digital content made from our website and request a refund within 14 days from the date of the transaction provided that you have not started downloading or streaming the content (see Downloaded or streamed content below).

To cancel your order please contact us using the details set out at the end of this page.

Downloaded or streamed content

You may not cancel your purchase of digital content made from our Site once you have started downloading or streaming it.

Orders of digital content that have started downloading or streaming are not eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty (see Our promises to you if things go wrong below).

Our promises to you if things go wrong

 

The digital content we supply must be:

  • of satisfactory quality;
  • fit for purpose; and
  • as described by us.

 

If the digital content supplied by us does not meet these criteria, you have the following rights:

  • if your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement;
  • if the fault can't be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some, or all of your money back;
  • if you can show the fault has damaged your device and we haven't used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

  • us to repair the digital content;
  • us to replace the digital content;
  • a price reduction; or
  • to reject the digital content and get a refund.
